Parent Leadership Council (PLC)All parents are welcome at the General PLC Meetings, held at PCMS. Meetings are held every first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. We look forward to your participation in this important group!

PLC Membership: If you have not already joined, please contact the Chair or inquire at the school office. Your involvement goes a long way in making PCMS the great school that it is! Parent involvement is so important, in fact, that each family is encouraged to contribute some of their time each semester. Involvement in PLC is one of the many ways in which parents can participate. Volunteers: PLC can use parent volunteers for assistance with many activities such as baking/buying treats and beverages for events, chaperoning dances, facility and grounds maintenance, organizing and accounting fundraisers, and more. The P.L.C. generally meets the first Tuesday of each month @ 6:30 pm in Room E:
Principal / Superintendent, Chris ReidPrincipal / Superintendent Chris Reid received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1982 from California State University, Chico. In 1985 he earned Single Subject and Multiple Subjects Credentials from CSUC. Chris has been an educator for over 30 years serving as a teacher, mentor teacher, reading specialist, vice principal, and principal. Before joining PCMS Chris also served as a part time instructor for the Butte County Office of Education and at CSUC. Chris and Teresa live in Paradise. Their four children all attended PUSD schools including Paradise Charter Middle School. In addition to the work he does with the PCMS community, Chris also enjoys playing softball, reading books, playing music with family and friends, and holding his grandchildren.
